Omar Monteagudo

Omar Monteagudo focuses his practice on family, immigration and administrative law matters. Previously, Mr. Monteagudo worked for the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration and a law firm in Miami focusing on insurance coverage defense litigation.

Mr. Monteagudo received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida International University, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies/Political Science and a Graduate Fellowship from the University of Florida, a Specialist in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Florida International University. Mr. Monteagudo was a fellow of the Florida Supreme Court Justice Teaching Institute.

Olga Viana-Henry

Olga Viana-Henry received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University and her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Viana-Henry has worked with the Juvenile Justice Center in Miami, Broward County Attorney’s Office, Legal Aid of Broward County and a private immigration and family law firm in Fort Lauderdale.

Ms. Viana-Henry has experience in the areas of family law, immigration, criminal defense, negligence, real estate, contract law and civil litigation. Ms. Viana-Henry is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, and the Broward Hispanic Bar Association.

Ms. Viana-Henry is fluent in both English and Spanish.
